CAESAR                                                FRENCHIE

Caesar was born in 1977, and has lived in Maryland and Virginia.  He has lived with Dr. Slovon  and his family throughout the years. He has taught many boarding cockatiels to whistle -off key- just like Dr. Slovon taught him.   He lives in various locales in the clinic depending on who is boarding.  He loves to fly, but he doesn't get around as well as he did in his younger days.

He has been on a pelleted diet since 1990, and now enjoys Harrisons Bird Diet as his main source of nutrition along with vegetables.  Caesar attributes his longevity to a good diet, clean living and a good home/work environment.

Frenchie's owners couldn't keep her and she was treated and adopted by us in 2000 and was estimated to have been born in 1998..  Frenchie died in April 2003, rather suddenly of visceral gout.

She provided Caesar with invaluable companionship.

Caesar Passed away in February of 2004, there is tribute in our March-2004 newsletter.
